To recharge your balance, open Control Panel and click “Add funds” on the Dashboard page.
You can make a payment in one of two currencies. In which one, depends on your provider. “G-Core Labs” accepts payments in euros, and “G-Core Labs usd” — in dollars. You can check your provider in the Control Panel. Payment methods vary depending on the provider.
After you click "Add funds", the system will offer available payment methods: PayPal, a bank transfer, a bank card transfer, AMEX, and AliPay.

Please note: Paypal charges a commission of € 0.35 + 3.4% of payment amount.
After choosing the "PayPal" method, specify the payment amount and confirm information about yourself at the next three steps.
Enter your details and complete the payment. The money will be credited to the balance within 5-10 minutes. If this does not happen, write to the technical support and we will solve the problem.
After choosing the "Bank Transfer" method, fill in information about yourself and specify the actual address of your company at the next two steps. Then confirm the payment.
This invoice will be available in the "Payments" section, from where it can be downloaded at any time. The invoice must be given to the accounting department of your company or directly to the bank for processing payment. In the bank, you should specify the full pfx/XXX number, for example, “pfx/117289”.
After the transfer, the money will be credited to the balance within 5 working days. If this does not happen, write to the technical support: describe the problem, attach a successful transaction statement with a bank seal, and we will help you.
Transfer from a bank card, via AMEX or via AliPay
Please note: we do not charge a commission, but your bank can do it.
After choosing the method "Bank Cards, AMEX and AliPay", specify the amount of payment and confirm information about yourself at the next three steps.
Enter the required information and complete the payment. The money will be credited to the balance within 5-10 minutes. If this does not happen, write to the technical support and we will solve the problem.
If you use a bank card to pay for our services, you can set up an Auto payment. Auto payment is a function that recharges the balance automatically. If you have not enough money on the balance to pay for the service, the system will take the required amount straight out of the bank card.
