Specify a domain name for the content delivery through CDN. Note that the domain must differ from your origin source.
For the delivery to work, you must create a CNAME record in your DNS setting and point this domain to the value specified on the "Setup Instructions" tab in the CDN Resource settings. For example:
cdn.example.ru. in uu-98566126.gcdn.co.
Use dig command in the terminal or online services to check the record.
If the record was added correctly, you will get a response like this:
cdn.example.ru. 14399 IN CNAME uu-98566126.gcdn.co.
Personal domain in the gcdn.co zone
If you do not have access to the DNS records or prefer to work with our shared SSL certificate you can create a personal domain in our — gcdn.co — zone.
By default the feature is disabled. Reach us via chat or email to email@example.com to enable it.
Note, that the Custom Domain type can't be changed after a CDN Resource creation. But you could add an additional domain by clicking on the plus icon right to the field. You will be able to change or delete additional domains.
To delete the first custom domain for the resource, reach us via chat or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your custom domain is set up, proceed with the website integration.
